Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions may be cancelled and when refunds are available.

Cancelling your membership

You may cancel your membership at any time by signing in to your member portal or emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No new charges will be made after you cancel, and you will retain access to services for the remainder of the paid period.

Refunds on medication

Federal and state law generally prohibit pharmacies and prescribers from accepting returns of prescription medication once it has been dispensed and shipped, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. Because of this, medication orders are typically non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for orders that have not yet shipped, for orders that cannot be safely used due to shipping or manufacturing issues, or where required by law. Contact [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order to request a review.

Refunds on membership fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will review. Refund decisions are at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Declined consultations

If your provider declines to prescribe during the initial consultation, you will receive a refund of your first-month fee minus any consultation or assessment fee disclosed at checkout. The provider's clinical judgment is independent and not refundable.

Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending resolution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Ongoing care

If you cancel, your provider will work with you to taper your medication safely where appropriate. Discontinuing GLP-1 or other prescription medications without guidance is not recommended.
