Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy explains how and when Proveta ships medications and products to members.
Processing time
After your physician approves your prescription, your order is transmitted to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive email and SMS updates at each stage.
Shipping carriers and times
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after shipment within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Cold-chain shipping
GLP-1 and other temperature-sensitive medications ship in insulated packaging with cold packs. Do not store medication at temperatures outside those listed on the label. If packaging arrives damaged or medication shows signs of temperature excursion, contact us immediately and do not use the medication.
Discretion
All shipments are packaged discreetly without markings that reveal the contents or identify us as the sender beyond what is required by law and the carrier.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate, current shipping address. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge reshipment fees.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
If your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, at our discretion, reship, refund, or credit your account. Where applicable, we may require a police report or other documentation before reshipment.
Service area
We ship only to addresses within states where the Medical Group is licensed. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for temperature-sensitive products. International shipping is not available.
